About us
Estrella Realty Sdn Bhd began as a general works contractor in 2012, and has taken on many challenging projects since.
Over the years the group has accumulated the skills, know-how and experience for design and build solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering work. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through keeps the client's objectives at the top of the list in the planning and execution of everything we do.

To be a respectable building contractor that delivers beyond expectation, always — and the contractor people come to first for difficult projects, where meeting the challenge of execution, safety and schedule is what sets us apart.
Mission
To win work at competitive pricing, provide safe working conditions, and deliver quality work within a reasonable time frame. We serve the insurance industry and their clients, the property owners, with the highest level of professionalism, service response and workmanship.

Safety is a shared responsibility
We educate our construction teams about the hazards on their site and hold them to a high standard. Personnel are equipped with safety gear. If an accident happens, work stops and management is notified straight away so the right action can be taken.
Management treats safety and health as something everyone carries, which means education and awareness never stop. We insist on fair working conditions, and the health of the workforce comes first when a project is planned and executed.
